Match the mounting interface
Use the model table to compare the drive opening, keyway and bolt connection with your valve or gearbox drawing. The listed DN is a reference, not a substitute for checking the actual mounting interface and operating torque.
Define chain drop and clearance
Provide the distance from the operator to the working level and the required chain drop. Include chain size, guide arrangement and nearby pipework so that the chain path and access can be reviewed before supply.
Confirm the supplied configuration
State whether you need a chain wheel component or an operator assembly, and confirm what is included in the quotation. Chain length, connection details and installation arrangement should be agreed for the selected model.
Request the correct operator
Send a mounting drawing, installation photograph and order quantity. If the assembly also needs a manual gearbox with position feedback, review the XWL-R butterfly valve gearbox and have the complete connection checked.
