Define the finished connection
Show the drive end, shoulders, flange or retention features and the connection to the ball. Mark the dimensions that control assembly fit. The forging reference and finished machining drawing should describe the same part revision.
Specify material and treatment
The original listing offers duplex stainless steel as an option. State the exact grade, heat-treatment condition and surface requirements for review. Material availability and the proposed process are confirmed with the quotation.
Set acceptance criteria
Identify required material records, dimensional reports and any additional testing before placing the order. Pressure rating and suitability of the complete ball valve cannot be determined from the stem photograph or product name.
Prepare the OEM request
