Match the ball and drive connections
Show both ends of the stem, including the drive profile, shoulders, retention features and the connection to the ball. Identify the mating-part dimensions and required orientation so the finished stem can be checked against the assembly.
Select the stainless steel grade
The product is listed in stainless steel. Include the exact grade and condition required for your application, together with the medium and working environment. Grade availability and any surface treatment are confirmed during the quotation review.
Define the finished part
Specify overall length, stepped diameters, functional surfaces and tolerances. Send a drawing revision and state which dimensions must be inspected for sample approval. Pressure rating and sealing performance depend on the complete valve design.
Prepare a sample or batch inquiry
